Role Overview
Lead operational security consulting assignments from assessment to execution planning. You will work directly with facility managers, operations leaders, and field teams to build practical controls that reduce security risk without disrupting daily business operations.
This role requires strong ownership, structured reporting, and confident client engagement. You will serve as a key advisor during both design and implementation phases, ensuring each site has realistic controls, clear operating procedures, and measurable readiness outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform site security assessments and risk prioritization.
- Design layered security operating procedures and escalation workflows by threat level.
- Define guard deployment models, checkpoint coverage, and shift-level response readiness plans.
- Coordinate with surveillance and access control teams on implementation and control testing.
- Lead tabletop and operational drills to validate incident response, reporting, and recovery flow.
- Prepare executive-ready findings, risk heatmaps, and phased action plans for client stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness by documenting controls, policy adherence, and corrective actions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years experience in physical security operations, site security leadership, or consulting delivery.
- Strong understanding of site controls, patrol processes, and incident handling.
- Hands-on experience in risk assessment, SOP design, and security operations governance.
- Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions with operations, facilities, and management teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across commercial facilities, logistics sites, or mixed-use premises.
- Background in training teams on procedures, drills, and escalation readiness.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring operations and access control practices.
